May 4th Self DIscovery and Empowerment Workshop

We begin our evening of Empowerment with grounding breath work, allowing our minds to focus on the present moment.

Our first exercise holds space for attendees to activate the Throat Chakra (Vishudda), with a one on one activity focused on expression and listening.

We move into self discovery as we learn to understand how energy moves through us, how our body communictes with us and leaning to connect with our own energy through body mapping techniques.

A Sound Bath session then combines an opportunity to apply body mapping techniques with psychoacoustics to release tension and promote healing energy through the body.

We complete our time together with a share cirlce and open forum for questions as our facilitator provides guidance on holistic methods for continued healing to use at home .
