Intention, Connection, Transformation

Join us for an evening of Intention, Connection and Transformation. We begin by easing into a restful space with Blue Lotus plant medicine served warm. Mindful breathing and grounding exercises prepare our body and mind for body mapping. We are guided through the translation techniques to create a deeper connection with our body. This exercise will allow each participant to understand how our bodies respond to stress, trauma, grief and joy. Each attendee will receive a personal hands on energy healing session and intuitive messages.

Our session will conclude with open time to share experiences and ask questions. Nadia is experienced in intuitive guidance where personal messages may be provided with tips on moving forward in your self care practice and healing journey.

For the first time HCC will also be facilitating a Kids Area with activities and (some!) supervision 👧🧒

Move and shake it out to the bouncy house beats of DJ Allan!

👶 Kids Zone | 6 PM – 8 PM
Volunteers will be hosting our amazing little humans with some kid-friendly activities and light supervision.
This is our first attempt at including a facilitated kid-friendly aspect to our events and we are excited! That being said, it’s a work in progress, so please still plan to be engaged with your kiddos.
While the kids area will be officially wrapping up around 8 PM, everyone is welcome to dance into the night!
(Kids do not need tickets for themselves.)

Join us for an evening of Sound Healing with Energy Flow with Nadia Ishmail from Stone and Shadow.We begin with mindful breathing and grounding exercises while becoming self aware to move into body mapping. This exercise will allow each participant to understand how our bodies respond to stress, trauma, grief and joy. As we move into our Sound Bath, Crystal Bowl Sound will connect with everyone in a different way. These sessions can be liberating and emotional but know that our practitioner is fully trained and experienced in guiding you through these moments.
