Join us for an evening of Sound Healing with Energy Flow with Nadia Ishmail from Stone and Shadow. We begin with mindful breathing and grounding exercises while becoming self aware to move into body mapping. This exercise will allow each participant to understand how our bodies respond to stress, trauma, grief and joy. As we move into our Sound Bath, Crystal Bowl Sound will connect with everyone in a different way. These sessions can be liberating and emotional but know that our practitioner is fully trained and experienced in guiding you through these moments.
Our session will conclude with open time to share experiences and ask questions. Nadia is a certified wellness coach and is experienced in intuitive guidance where personal messages may be provided with tips on moving forward in your self care practice and healing journey.
